Return/Refund Policy

Returns:

         Customers must submit their request for a return within 30 days of the package/item’s arrival date (as provided by the shipping carrier). After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer any refund or exchange.

         Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the condition, it was received to be eligible for returns. The customer must also have proof of purchase or a receipt for the specific item being returned.

         For a full refund the item must be shipped back to Mooncatchers and Rainbows, inspected, and then a refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping and material cost associated with the return.

         Products purchased on SALE or DISCOUNT are NOT available for return.

Refunds:

         Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you via email and notify you that we have your item and whether it is approved for a full refund, partial refund or no refund.  

         If you are approved for a refund (full or part) then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment, this may take a few days to appear in your bank account.

         Full Refund: If the item is in good condition and was properly returned, a full refund will be submitted to the customer.

         Partial Refund: If the item is returned with minor damage or staining, a partial refund may be applicable. This is subject to change case to case.

         No Refund: If the item is returned damaged (when previously reported with no damage) then there will be no exchanges or refunds applied.

Exchanges:

         An item is only eligible for exchange if it arrived to you defective or damaged. Please email us at info@mooncatchersandrainbows.com with photos of the damage and packaging to process an exchange for the same item.

Return Shipping:

         Please mail return packages to: 6242 Red Canyon Dr. Unit H, Highlands Ranch CO 80130.

         You are responsible for paying for return shipping and any additional packaging. I highly recommend paying for shipping with tracking or insurance, we are NOT responsible for a package going missing during return transit.
