Q: How long will my order take to process?
A: Most orders take 3 – 5 business days to process, large orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Keep in mind, when purchasing expedited shipping that will only expedite the process once the package has been given to the postal service, this does NOT expedite the processing time for your order before shipping. Made to order items will include additional time to create, if you have a specific timeframe in mind please email us BEFORE you place your order!
Q: Is my item made to order or ready to ship?
A: Products are all ready to ship unless it is specified in the listing: Made to Order, if you have any concerns or questions about timeframes of specific products please email us!
Shipping:
Q: Do we ship internationally?
A: Currently we do not offer international shipping, however we are working on being able to offer international shipping in the future. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for updates: @crochet_with_rainbows
Q: Do we offer FREE shipping?
A: YES! We ship through USPS and offer free ground shipping/economy (5 - 8 business days) for any order! Expedited shipping will be an additional cost!
Q: Do we have local delivery?
A: We do not offer local delivery at this time, but you can catch us at one of the Craft Fairs/Markets, check the bottom of our homepage to see where and when we will be next!
Q: Is there tracking available on orders?
A: Yes, there is tracking available on all orders, regardless of shipping method.
Q: What are the shipping timeframes?
A: USPS Shipping timeframes may vary depending on season and location. The estimate provided when placing an order is the best estimate we can provide. If you are having specific issues with your order, please email us at info@mooncatchersandrainbows.com
